Paint.co (“the App”, “we”, “us”) turns your photos into paint-by-number artwork that you color in. We respect your privacy. This policy explains what data the App collects, why, and your choices.
The App does not require you to create an account or provide your name, email, or other personal details to use it.
When you turn a photo into a painting, all image processing happens entirely on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to us or to any third party, and your finished artwork is stored only on your device unless you choose to share it.
The free version shows ads through Appodeal and its mediation partners (including AppLovin, BidMachine, and Vungle). To serve and measure ads, these partners may process device identifiers (including the Advertising Identifier / IDFA where you permit it), approximate IP-based location, and ad-interaction data. Where you consent, ads may be personalized; otherwise you will see non-personalized ads. Purchasing Premium removes all ads.
On iOS, before any advertising identifier (IDFA) is accessed, the App asks for your permission via Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can change this choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Declining does not stop ads — it limits ad personalization.
Paint.co Premium is a one-time purchase processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card details. Apple handles the transaction and any promo-code redemptions under its own terms.
If you choose to import a photo or take a new one, the App requests access to your photo library or camera solely so you can pick the image to paint. The App accesses only the photo you select.
We do not sell your personal data. Advertising data is processed by our partners under their own privacy policies:
Depending on your region (e.g. GDPR in the EEA/UK, CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to opt out of personalized advertising. You can opt out of ad personalization through your device settings (App Tracking Transparency on iOS). To make a request, contact us below.
Paint.co is not directed to children under 13 (and under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Advertising data is retained according to our partners’ standard retention periods. We use reasonable technical measures to protect data, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
